Wednesday, November 5, 2025 | 11:59 p.m. – Online graduation application closes – only paper applications accepted after this point. Starting November 6th, students must be enrolled in or have completed all program requirements to apply to graduate with a degree and/or certificate. Any courses used for Fall 2025 degree clearance must be in-progress for the Fall 2025 term or completed in an earlier term. |
Wednesday, November 19, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. – Degree Requirement Verification (DRV) deadline; Undergraduate students who fail to provide DRV or meet graduation requirements per Student Rule 14.2 will have their graduation application cancelled on the morning of November 20th. |
Wednesday, November 19, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. – Name change deadline for degree candidates; any name change completed after this deadline will not be reflected in the commencement program. Names can still be updated on the student’s diploma (December 17th Deadline). |
