Duplicate Diplomas

Texas A&M University allows graduates to purchase a duplicate copy of their diploma. Duplicate diplomas are not available for degrees awarded by the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center prior to its merger with Texas A&M University in the fall of 2013. However, these graduates are eligible to obtain a reissued diploma, which will include the current seal and authorized signatures of Texas A&M University.

All Texas A&M University diplomas, including duplicates and reissued diplomas, are produced offsite by a third-party vendor and may require 6 to 8 weeks for processing and delivery.

Students who earned a degree in May 2016 or later also have access to a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma). The Diploma Information page contains information on accessing this document.

The cost to place an order online is $50.
Students who graduated before 1985 may not have a UIN. In this case, they will need to enter the following information in the 'student comments' section so that we will be able to accurately identify their academic records and verify their graduation:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- First term of enrollment at TAMU/TAMUG/TAMUQ

Order by Mail

A written request must be submitted with the following:

Full name
Date of birth
Student Identification Number
First term of attendance at TAMU/TAMUG/TAMUQ
Degree awarded (including degree and major)
Honors earned (if applicable)
Current email address
Current address and phone number
Check or money order made payable to TAMU in the amount of $50. Credit cards will not be accepted for mail orders. The Office of the Registrar is not able to accept cash payments.
